I'm so full just remembering this meal

What's a Lebanese meal without wine, arguileh, and arak?





Here's our 35 course Liban meal celebrating 2010.
1. fresh vegatables-whole tomatoes, lettuce, peppers
2. start of the meze, first cold items. Tabouleh
3. Lebanese bread-my favorite!
4. Tagem-cooked onions with sesame oil and sometimes fish
5. onion and pepper salad
6. garlic potatoe puree, cold with olive oil
7. labneh- cow & sheep
8. hommous
9. shanklish- parsely, onion, sheep cheese and tomato all diced
10. rocca salad with onion and fresh lemon dressing
11. habalah (means the pregnant)- raw meat, garlic, pine nuts
12. raw lamb livers and pieces of lamb fat
13. baby veal pate
14. raw kafte meat
15. kebbe- with bulghar pate
16. french fries
17. hommous with mince lamb meat and pine nuts
meat-awarma
18. fried kebbeh-meat
19. fried cigars of filo dough with cheese inside
20 sambusek
21. raart
22. me'hene- small sausages
23. frog legs with lemon garlic coriander sauce
24. fried mushrooms with the same sauce
25. fried carrots same sauce minus garlic
26. chicken wings
27. wine leaves with rice and meat

28. lamb ribs and fat
29. kafta barbeque with bread and grilled tomato
30. shish taouk chicken
31. creme caramel
32. ashta
33. fresh fruits
